On 2017-07-09 I made 2 deposits totaling 0.64923248 BTC to CryptoDAO in hopes to be able to trade for some Populous (PPT). ( http://ift.tt/2sWil4r ) I was able to trade for some PPT soon after it hit EtherDelta and decided to withdraw my funds back to my wallet. I received an e-mail withdrawal notification ( http://ift.tt/2ufQf81 ), the transaction was marked as completed ( http://ift.tt/2sWcYCo ), and the BTC was removed from my CryptoDAO account ( http://ift.tt/2ufThcD ). Despite the "withdrawal process" completing, my funds were never sent to my wallet ( http://ift.tt/2sWI5NO ). I started another e-mail dialogue with the seeking a resolution and received a response about 8 hours later ( http://ift.tt/2ufNa7Z ). I've e-mailed them looking for status updates but never heard anything back from them again after the initial response. Is it just me or does the litecoin wallet address on Bittrex doesn't have a QR code? I've been swing trading both sides long and short ETH/BTC. But I've always exited in the green. I was under the impression that when exiting a position, your original coins were returned to you and the BTC was the 'cream', but this doesn't seem to be the case. They warn that withdrawals take longer than expected, but nowhere do they state it will take weeks. My money is locked for over a week now and will probably take longer than that. A friend of mine had an issue on this exchange and has not received any feedback. His altcoins were sold for btc and one of the btc's got transfered to an address he does not recognize. They sent him an email authorization and he mistakenly clicked confirm. Then another 1.6 btc's were trying to be withdrawn and he denied that. What could have happend first for his altcoins to be sold in the crash market.
