I have two questions regarding cryptomarkets, any input appreciated. People tend to think that as soon as the total market cap (ie coinmarketcap) increases it means new fiat is coming into crypto. While that may often be the case, the cap is not a certain sign of this as the cap is just price *no of coins and price just resembles what the lowest current seller / highest current buyer asks/bids. What would a more certain sign of more fiat entering be? Increased volume? People also tend to say that if the closing price is this and that then this is a sign of this and that. I'd like to raise some money for the cryptocurrency marketplace I am launching. I want to avoid ICO/security stuff for legal reasons. So instead I'd like to do utility tokens for premium seller accounts. Normally, a premium seller account would be $10/month for a ton of additional features. That means each premium seller would pay me $120/year, and the price could easily go up. I may even have a listing fee per product listed like eBay and Etsy do. These could be waived for those with these utility tokens, so the biggest sellers who list thousands of products and definently have a premium seller account would be willing to pay a good amount for the utility token as it'll save them a bunch of money. Additionally they could rent the utilities/services associated with the token for a specific set of time. (1 month, year etc) This gives the coins value and makes them potentially a good investment, so I could possibly sell a few of them to raise funds to further develop my...

Hi, Kraken has become an absolute nightmare to trade with, orders getting front run, orders "maybe executed, maybe not", orders that can't be cancelled, limit orders that just sit there for a while in a rising market, just sitting there for the limit to be passed I guess, and so on. And I'm not a big trader either, I just do an order here and there once or twice a month. And this has been going on for months, there server upgrade that was to be done shortly hasn't occured either, and so on. They wan't absolutely to destroy their business, it seems.
