Please excuse my newbie question but I bought a tiny amount a long time ago... Just hodl and forget. I control the keys. Now looking into trading. I'm trying to understand which if any of these other coins I should separate from my BTC prior to moving any to an exchange to trade for BTC or vice versa. If I understand correctly, this is something I should do before moving any BTC to an exchange to trade. Is this correct? I think I understand how to get Bitcoin Cash. If you are just NOW buying Bitcoin, you will be losing money or breaking even when Bitcoin forks. The $7,000+ Bitcoin price right now already has the value of B2X calculated in it. So yes you will receive some "free money" but you are essentially paying more money, to get free money, which basically means you aren't making any profit. Here's an example: 1) Say I buy 1 bitcoin right now for $7,000. Sounds great because I know when bitcoin forks I'm going to get 1 free B2X coin. 2) But what really happens is that right before the fork, Bitcoin will drop to $6,000 or even less. Then when you get your magic "free coin", it'll be worth about $1,000. 3) You'll be super excited about your FREE $1,000, but then you'll realize, oh wait, I still have $7,000.... 4) Not to mention, you probably sold your alt coins to buy it, and now have to come back and pay a higher price for your alt coins. MORAL OF THE STORY - There is no free money. Economics ...

I was wondering if anyone who is based out of the USA if you have become an LLC or an S-Corp to take advantage of tax breaks that come with these and also to keep your personal account separate from your BTC accounts. A lot of the CPAs that I know don't know anything about crypto or say that it's really bad and I should stay away, but I want to stick with it. These people are unknowledgeable about it, and I really think they don't understand it. So should I become an LLC to protect myself, or should I just say to these CPAs that I just want to day trade so maybe they will understand it a little better because that is what it closely emulates? In the process of assisting someone with starting an ICO. I'll spare the reader the details of the product itself for the sake of breavity. Essentially the problem he's run into is that he, as an American citizen, is unable to find an offshore bank that will both A: Take foreign customers and B: Take foreign customers dealing with crypto/ICO.
