For the past 6 months or more my tiers which had been verified initially changed to say processing after about a month of them saying processed and continue to do so. I wonder if this is a bug or if anyone else has experienced the same issue. I had mailed Kraken about it but was told I should still be able to trade. I did try to make a trade to sell ETH a couple months ago but my order kept failing to go through. I mailed them also about this and they said it was due to high usage at the time. Hello, I've become pretty interested in crypto lately and decided I'm going in with capital I can lose. I've registered in numerous exchanges and am still in the waiting period of verifications. Now, which one would be the best to start going from fiat to BTC/ETH? I have around 1k$ (or similar sum in eur) and am based in EU.
