I have a lot of altcoins, what should i do?

A few months ago I started accumulating a few altcoins, things were good but i never traded them so the BTC value has dramatically decreased over time

Now i feel like a fool because i could have just bought BTC and made better returns

Any advice on how to manage the situation?
