Is BTC Markets legit? No response from them despite multiple attempts at support request.

I have been trying to contact BTC Markets support staff via their website and via twitter for several days now to sort out a problem with my account and no one has responded.

Starting to wonder if about how legit btcmarkets is when I can't even get a simple support request responded to?

If these guys are sketchy, can someone please suggest a reputable alternative. Prefer Australian based, if such a company exists.
