it's been over 2 weeks and still can't get funds out of bittrex

it's been over 2 weeks and still can't get funds out of bittrex. now I know they are busy, but they should at least not block everyone until they have proper personal to support this. what should I do? I keep opening tickets and getting no reply, and of course no phone to call... help!
