Bittrex scam number?

I was looking for a phone number to call Bittrex and found 1 (800) 632 1348 on google when I searched"Bittrex Phone number". However the number is not listed on their site and when I called them they wanted to use screen sharing. I was suspicious so hung up and quit the screen sharing app. Does anyone know if this is legit or a scam? EDIT: OK, so its listed as the number for coinable, kraken, and bittrex...
