Diversifying Strategy and Ratios?

Im relatively new to the crypto market and currently have holdings in a few different ones. What im wondering is how do you guys decide how to split up your portfolios, im currently holding Dash, EOS, Ethereum, Litecoin and Salt in a relatively even distribution can anyone suggest a better split?
