Bittrex Any2Any ? Diversifying out of Doge

Hello All,

With all the recent interest in Cypto I dug out my Doge Wallet to find I have a few Mill coins in there and thought I better spread this out across more relevent tech based coins today.

Eth IOTH lite Monero etc

I signed up on Bittrex enhanced account to trade these out. But so far I have been waiting for the Any2Any trade feature to come back up - but upon further googling it looks like this has been down for months.

Do I need to cash out of Doge into cash or Bitcoin and then buy the relevant Altcoins?
