Why do crypto wallets looks so similar?

Just downloaded the RDD wallet and noticed the UI is almost identical to the DigiByte wallet. Why is that?

I have also noticed that other wallets like Ripple and Stellar Lumens interfaces are pretty much the exact same except for some color differences.
