Denied Level 2 Verification at Poloniex

This is what they said:

"Unable to verify your address with your DOB. Please enter your SSN."

I really don't want to enter my SSN...how in the world can my address not be verified with respect to my DOB? Do I have any recourse trying with a new address (I do move a lot) or are they just boning me here?
