Poloniex lost my ETH, what can I do?

today i withdrew 64.7 ETH from poloniex, the transaction is flagged as "complete" but i never got the ethers

this is the txid:

0xdc25ebe0d9b702ffb6ed905cf24b65d9d34f5051fbafc9a94764fc1f37d30dbe

it seems it has disappeared like the ones during the bancor ico

i already opened a ticket but nobody answered me and these days polo is overburdened with new users.

normally i'd wait but i need the eth for an ico so i'm quite in a hurry.

what can i do? anyone with suggestions?
