What coins are you constantly trading

So for the past few days I've been getting my hands on trading on bittrex just so I could familiarize the platform and also to learn reading charts, I was trading different coins. Say if I see an increasing volume coin, i immediately hop in but am not sure if this is a good move or what. So I was wondering, do you guys have specific coins that you constantly trade for months or years? And how many coins are you guys trading?
