POLONIEX Pls expedite the LEVEL 2 verification process

I have submitted all requested documents for level 2 verification for 3 weeks and there is nothing updated. All support tickets are either met with automatic bot replies or simply gone unnoticed. Seems that there is very little support out there for this issue.

How is it possible to get it expedited or is there way at all to contact with this exchange?
