Best cryptocurrencies to invest in 2017?

I have around 30k I can invest right now and missed a lot of ships that have sailed through cryptocurrencies, Komodo, Stratis, etc.

I'm looking for some investments that are sleepers right now and making developments. I have not been researching much lately but am slowly getting back into it. I'm looking for recommendations for cryptos under $1.30 per.
