Moving Cryptos From One Exchange To Another

Would it make sense to buy for example: bitcoin on kraken which is currently around $15,1000.00 transfer it to GDAX and sell where it is around $15,700. Does an operation like that make sense? work? Do people have a system of doing that? (These numbers are just examples, my question is about the idea of the trend i see, not the numbers.)
