Bitfinex Alternative for US Customers?

Since Bitfinex does not allow US customers anymore, what exchanges do most US users use these days?
I'm looking to buy a lot of different cryptos for a second portfolio I am building. XRP, XMR, PIVX, IOTA are some for example. It's difficult to find a good exchange. I really loved Bitfinex's user interface and all. Are there any close alternatives?
