Help me choose an exchange

Hello, I have been using Kraken so far but the severs are horrible now and I want to change. The thing is that I want an exchange that is

  • reliable
  • available in Europe
  • has low fees on a bank SEPA deposit (and a withdrawal would be great too)
  • able to trade Ripple

If you know something like this I would be really glad for your help
