Bittrex - any way I can keep both stop-loss AND target selling orders up at the same time?

Hey all, I am new to crypto trading and I have noticed that one of my main issues when coming up with a decent trading plan is actually placing the orders. I currently have to choose between placing a stop-loss (low price) or my target price order. I generally pick the stop-loss, since I figure it is better to be safe than sorry, but shouldn't there be a way to keep both running? I just lost a good trade this morning because my target order was not set up and the price came back down. Thanks in advance!
