Bitcoin spiking, Alts crashing - What's Going On?

In the past hour BTC spiked 3% and set all time high of $4600+ Also all money came from Altcoins that crashed. TOP50 altcoins dropped exactly 3% in their BTC value (you can actually see it on my website: http://ift.tt/2weFCT1 and freak out with me)

Trying to find any news for what might have caused this, but I cannot find anything. Any ideas, dear redditors?
