[uk] Is coinbase the only place where I can buy BTC directly via debit card?

So I looked at other exchanges such as bittrex, bitfinex, etc and I don't see an option to buy coins directly for cash. I hit my coinbase £325 limit and rather not do an international SEPA transfer which takes days.
