Gemini Deposit Now Takes 4-5 business days?

I did a bank transfer of $500 from Wellsfargo to Gemini on Sunday. Normally, Gemini pre-credits you that amount instantly so you can trade right away.

However, this time I noticed that I did not get that pre-credit instead have to wait 4-5 business days. I already messaged them. Besides the automatic reply, there was no response for 2 days. Today, Wellsfargo confirmed that Gemini withdrew the $500. I searched around Reddit and other forums, it seems like I am not the only one experiencing this problem. What should I do?
