After successful margin trade (BTC/ETH) on Polo - I have less ETH?

After a trade ended heavily in the green (BTC/ETH) on Poloniex - I have less ETH.

On the right - post-trade.

I've been swing trading both sides long and short ETH/BTC. But I've always exited in the green. I was under the impression that when exiting a position, your original coins were returned to you and the BTC was the 'cream', but this doesn't seem to be the case.

Anybody able to explain what I'm missing here? I'm sure I'll feel dumb afterwards, but I couldn't find any discussion on this topic.
