Poloniex arbitrarily locked my account from withdrawals

I tried withdrawing some crypto, only to find that my account was locked from withdrawals with no explanation given. This is the message I got (they don't mention the fact that my account is locked here):

This sucks a lot. I can only advise you folks to avoid using Poloniex.
