Can you recommend a bitcoin exchange that has a good chart with indicators and is reliable?

I'm used to trading stocks but I want to put some money in BTC, ETH, LTC. I am having a very hard time finding an exchange that doesn't have shady withdrawal freeze stories and actually has a chart where I can see metrics like rsi. Which would you recommend for someone in the US, and why?
