Struggling to go long due to FOMO

Been in crypto for 3 months and every other day theres a new coin that you just have to fucking have and go long on it

Having trouble with spreading my portfolio too thin and dumping non-flavour-of-the-month coins only to see them boom

Hindsight i shouldve planned my portfolio and researched more. Should probably decide if im a trader/holder too.. find out what works for me.

How do you all keep your head cool? Is your portfolio perfect as is or is it always evolving?
