How do you manage your funds to buy low ?

Since yesterday I want to buy. But I already put all all the funds I deposited on exchanges in coins. So if I go out of some coin to buy another, it won't be a good deal.

Do you keep fiat money on exchanges and wait for drawdowns to happen? You have some magical fiat-to-crypto trick?
