If I lose my phone that uses the authenticator, How would I regain access to my exchanges accounts?

Not that this is likely I just need a back-up plan in case I lost my phone or it broke. I have accounts with all the major trading sites. There isn't much in them but I want to take some precautions for the future. Any back-up plans for this scenario? Thank you
