NOOBQ: Which trading platforms do you use?

I am about to start buying / selling bitcoins and other cryptocurrencies. I am looking for a platform that allows to buy / sell coins as quick as possible + with no limitation on the volume. What would you recoomend?

Note that I hasn't been able to register on some websites which require passport details and proof of identity through Skype calls and stuff like that. Is there an easier alternative?
