Can I mine Etherium with CoinTerra ASIC 2 TH/s TerraMiner IV?

I was wondering buying CoinTerra ASIC 2 TH/s TerraMiner IV for mining. Most of the places where I have read about this machine only BTC has been the currency they've mined. Can a mining rig be designed to mine better with specific currencies? Can i mine etherium with CoinTerra ASIC 2 TH/s TerraMiner IV?
