Looking for some allocation advice

I recently got into trading, went 40/30/30 on BTC LTC and ETH. I'm not really looking to day trade but I want to maximize future profits. Should I just play it safe and leave it until years to come, or split it up on alt coins? Any advice or tips are appreciated.
