Xapo hasn't given anyone BCH. Accounts still only credited with BTC.

Xapo hasn't done anything about BCH. My BCH doesn't even exist, apparently.

I got a reply from /u/jessiexapo who said

Everyone with BTC held in Xapo at the time of the fork, will receive their rightful BCH shortly.

Shortly? The price could have went down 100x by then... or up 100x.. I want to dump it, but, my balance is only in BTC.

/r/Xapo is showing others with the same problem. Posting here to hopefully put some pressure on them!
