SUR price drop by 70%; should I sell or keep hodl?

Title says it all. Just looking for input for other more experienced traders. The price sat at .199ETH for about a week, then dropped to below .02ETH and currently at .05ETH. Any insight on to whether or not this will climb back to the original spot?
