Any suggestions for a cheap tablet that's good for trading on the go?

Thinking of getting a tablet PC for using exchanges on the move. I would prefer one with a small keyboard. The purpose of this tablet would be almost entirely to trade more easily when I'm away from my computer.

I'm interested in any opinion on apps, operating systems, or specific devices that other traders have found helpful while trading away from their main computer.
