New to Cryptocurrency Investing - Where to build safe portfolio?

I am looking to build a portfolio of around ~US$1,000 in cryptocurrencies with a few friends of mine.

Our goal is to devote a share of the money to more established currencies, seeking a long-position in the likes of Bitcoin, Ethereum, etc, and the other part we will actively manage on the currencies which trade at very low prices (Bytecoin); seeking to make large % returns on a weekly/daily basis.

I am wondering if any of you could point me to a (if it exists) one stop shop where we could build this type of portfolio and actively trade these currencies. I am aware of Coinbase, Poloniex, etc, but am wondering if there is one which all the currencies are listed.
