Livecoin is down again. I wonder how "scheduled" their maintenance is.

It has been down for several hours now. The site shows "Exchange is undergoing scheduled maintenance!". It has been several times that this message is shown on their site. I wonder how scheduled it is since they never have communicated about their maintenance schedule.
