e-dinar coin jumps to $2 billion in 24h chart ?

i am not sure whats going on here but any insight would be welcomed. if i go through the blockchain for those times, i dont see any big transactions or transfers. any thoughts ?

questions -:

1) why didnt such large trading volumes move the coins values ? 2) why didnt it affect BTC or ETH 3) usually when whales come in they push the price of the coin up, this just stayed ?
