Exchange Promotions

I mainly trade using Bittrex. I've noticed that when Bittrex sponsors a particular coin (NEO, CVC, QTUM, ADX, etc.) massive volume moves in and the price spikes.

I am starting to think these promotions may be one of the most accurate sponsors for a huge price gain in that coin.

Anyone else have similar observations?
