BTC sended to wrong adres, please help.

Hi everybody,

I wanted to buy some ETH on poloniex so I bought first some BTC on Bitonic.nl. After this I sended the BTC to poloniex. But I copied the wrong adres on poloniex. Instead of the BTC adres I copied the USDT adres, and sended the BTC that adres. The BTC never arrived.

I contacted bitonic And they Saïd That they could do nothing And everything Depends of poloniex. But the problem is That poloniex doesnt answer for 1 week now. Does anybody now What I have to do now And if iT is possible to get the BTC I bought in the right adress?
