Vertcoin (VTC) looks like a great coin, why is it not talked about more?

They recently released a new roadmap ( http://ift.tt/2tXISBP) Atomic swap with Litecoin, Segwit & Lightning network already on their mainnet, why is this coin under a dollar? Am I missing something??
