[advice] Wait is buy?

I missed out on the previous dip and currently have no coins. It doesn't seem like this weekend is going to see the same as we have had in previous weeks. I am in two minds as to patiently wait in anticipation of another major dip or buy coins now. I'm looking to hold for a long time so really regret not being able to buy any last week when coins were particularly low.
