Wtf are those 2 shits? (42-coin , xaurum)

Xaurum dropped from 1.5k to 0.25 cents. And 42 started 500k dropped to under 100 and on 6 months had reached 14k at peak. Is that possible to happen on more serious and mainstream coins or that just happens on shitfest coins?
