Poloniex isn't allowing me to withdraw ~$5000USD worth of funds: Ticket #202577

Hello all. To make a long story short, I have approximately $5000 USD worth of Digital Notes, which is now a delisted coin, on Poloniex. Before I could put together a wallet for the coins, Poloniex removed my ability to withdraw them. Where the usual Withdraw/Deposit links are, all I see is temporarily disabled. I waited and waited, but it still shows "temporarily" disabled. I contacted support almost ten days ago and still have not heard a response.

Any upvotes to get their attention would be really appreciated, I just want my funds!
