How do I get my money back from poloniex?

Made a withdrawal of ETH 22 days ago which went automatically to "awaiting approval" after I confirmed the email. Opened multiple support tickets and none were answered....Poloniex has stole 5kUSD from me and I have no way of getting it back do I?
