Kraken verification taking longer than two weeks

I know that there is an influx of new users but I signed up and uploaded all my documents for verification more than two weeks ago. I have submitted two support requests and no response for 10 days. Colnbase, kraken, and gemeni have all been taking forever to let me put my money in. I understand it's hard to scale a company but they stand to make a lot on fees and the first one to verify me is going to get the Lions share, can't they do anything after two weeks to speed this up?

Anyway, just a heads up for anyone new looking to get on. Start the process now, it takes a long time.
