Kraken Tier 1 and Tier 2 Verification

Hello,

I've been having a problem with Kraken. I have been waiting for over a week for tier 1 and tier 2 verification, but it is still processing. It's very frustrating as I can literally do nothing until this is processed.

What should I do to resolve this?

I email kraken and just get the typical auto response. On Kraken's website it says the verification should take no more than 48 hours!
