Not receiving funds from Coinbase

Last week I made a sell of Ethereum at roughly $475. I sold about 12 total Ethers. I sold the to my USD wallet not my bank account and I have yet to receive these funds. When I go to my history it says the sell of ether has been completed but the deposit to my USD wallet is still pending. Could anybody please help me out with this? I have emailed them several times with responses not pertaining to the actual issue and called with a response telling me that they'll "work on it". It shouldn't be taking this long.
