Supply-chain cryptos

Supply chain is a massive industry and an obvious immediate problem for blockchain to solve. Blockchain massively reduces costs, ensures integrity and creates immutable records. I want to see what other supply chain companies/tokens there are? I know of:

I'm currently only invested in Modum as it's one of the lowest market caps and is actually entering the market Q1 2018. But are there any other projects that are good? I think a diversified portfolio across this industry is a good idea.
