Poloniex - Ether deposited almost two days ago not credited to wallet

This is the second time this has happened in a two week span, and customer support is not responding. I realize it's not a tx worth thousands, but it's my hard worked money. Yes it was sent to the correct address. Yes it shows up in a block explorer. Where are my funds?
